Wind Energy Structure
The Wind Energy Structure concept captures the energy of the wind that hits the side of a structure. The structure has a hole at the top and windows or flaps on the second story that only open inward. The hole at the top has a Bernoulli effect that creates a low pressure area inside the structure and the wind hitting the side of the structure creates a high pressure area. The Wind Energy Structure concept could be used in a lighthouse to generate electricity for the light. The left menu has a link to a page that explains how the wind energy structure concept could be used in a garage that would charge plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
